Tim Linger

Tim Linger is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist with 21 years of experience in the reverse mortgage industry. He founded HECM Association with the mission to educate realtors on the FHA-insured HECM reverse mortgage as a way to increase your business (along with your commissions) and help senior citizens across Florida.

Sean Corcoran

Sean Corcoran is a Mortgage Loan Officer with HECM Senior Home Financing and a certified instructor for HECM Association. He has 7 years of experience working with HECMs and has nearly 20 years of experience teaching. Sean is passionate about helping others, growing his career, and of course spending time with his wonderful daughter Samantha.
